We identify farms, crafts, heritage and host families with real stories worth sharing.
2. Co-design experiences
Safe, authentic agendas are built together with the community — never imposed on it.
3. Deliver with local hosts
Trained hosts run the experience: hospitality, safety, and storytelling in their own voice.
4. Sell through partners & direct
We reach guests via schools, NGOs, eco-networks and direct booking.
5. Generate local income
Revenue flows to farmers, hosts and artisans — with a +20% income target for partners.
6. Measure & improve
We collect feedback, refine the model, and reinvest in community capacity.
