Hom Sopheak is a Multimedia Lead and Graphic Designer based in Phnom Penh, originally from Kampong Thom province. With a background in Graphic Design from Computer Academy STEP Cambodia and over two years of hands-on experience, Sopheak specializes in graphic design, video editing, photography, and videography. Since 2024, Sopheak has served as the Multimedia Lead for Pteah Chas and the Phnom Penh Houseplant Festival, leading visual storytelling for plant and art exhibitions. In addition to event leadership, Sopheak works as a freelance graphic designer and video editor, helping brands transform long, complex messages into clear, engaging visual narratives. Passionate about continuous creative growth and meticulous attention to detail, Sopheak consistently delivers high-quality visuals that strengthen brand-audience connections.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science and a deep passion for nature, travel, and sustainable development, Rithea founded Roteh Tours with a vision to create more meaningful ways to experience Cambodia. His background in agriculture has shaped his understanding of nature, local livelihoods, and the importance of responsible development. Combined with his love for exploring places, meeting people, and discovering local stories, he believes that travel can be more than sightseeing—it can create meaningful connections and positive impact. Through Roteh Tours, Rithea is working to connect travelers with Cambodia’s communities, culture, agriculture, and natural landscapes while supporting local people and encouraging responsible tourism. “Travel is not only about where we go, but the people we meet, the stories we share, and the impact we leave behind.”

At Roteh Tours, Chansopheak leads community partnerships and works closely with local families, artisans, farmers, and organizations to create authentic travel experiences that benefit both visitors and host communities. His belief is that responsible tourism can strengthen local livelihoods while preserving Cambodia's cultural identity for future generations.
